Initially they are very good but once we gave the money then they will show their real face.

Sales team isgood but customer relation team CRM is very bad .. they don't know how to talk to the clients. And the main issue is POOR design in DAC CHROMANTIQUE .They kept the transformer very close to the balcony of 1st and 2nd floor house which is dangerous to the people. WHEN asked they didn't respond properly and they said 1 percent risk is always there and they don't respect the peoples value . CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS TOO BAD.

Spread this news to the chennai people as we suffered a lot and buying home..but these people don't know our pain and cheat us....

This building is not safe for the humans to stay.

(DAC aves Pozlichalur)At the beginning I trust them so much. But after seeing their unprofessional business practices I was fed up. They promised me a standard size car parking before the registration, but now they are forcing all the flat owners with nano car size parking. Interesting part is they have RERA approval for only 20 parking, but they are dividing approved parking to 36 parking for extra money. Be careful friends!
