They have a plan to cheat their customers. Even after a year, no construction has started.

Their sales partner did a deal at one amount and got a notice for full payment later on. Upon asking, got to know that the deal was not done at the amount mentioned to us.

The inflated amount was paid to the dealer as his commission. Now, Cosmic is not entertaining the queries and their channel partner is not responding either.

They are big cheaters and there is no clear authority and hierarchy. Anyone will talk to you and say I will help but nothing is done to resolve the matter. They are definitely not a professional company and are sitting on customers money.
