First of all they are Local Bengaluru based builders and no link to Mumbai. They have no Head office, just work from site offices. So it is difficult to catch them.

The management comprise of One Mr. Farooq as MD has no knowledge of construction and started out as a former employee of some construction company. All their legals are having issue and full of deviation. After agreement only I came to know about such a huge deviation in said project with out any E-khata and running after him for refund.

Will not advise any prospective clients. As you can get better quality construction and legal clear projects around in same price only. Don't jump to such builders.
