Ceebros worst and pathetic experience. ganesh sales person for ceebros in t.nagar and alwarpet. i know builders use their gimmics n tricks to customer for selling houseb but here they use different n unique method they have lottery booking system and booking is valid only for 30 days which is computerised and the allottment will be made automatically without the knowledge of the sales person. And finally arrogant attitude of ganesh is shown after 30 days of booking and cooks up some stories to neglect us.

Since red tapes has been practised since a long time now in the real estate private sector, it has been seen that the state officials have been a little less upfront in terms of carrying out the sanctioning process for the developers. This leads to delay in receiving the Occupation Certificate for the developer.

Prices reduced enormously

This is one of the cleverest tricks that has been applied by the builders in failing to sell properties since there is not much demand. It is seen that many builders are openly availing the buyer to book a flat at a very nominal rate and after a few time span of 15 days are told to pay the remaining full amount.

Cannot use the terrace.

We cannot use the terrace for our entertainment puprose and this is unfair because we cannot use a common area even though everybody should have equal rights to the common areas.

If you see the property from inside you will come to know how bad the construction quality if because there are cracks in the ceiling and the fittings are also not good.

Don’t go with the sweetness of the builder

The builders are very sweet till the time of possession, but once the possession date starts nearing, they show their true colors. No one will answer your phone and they will not even give any explanation for the delay in possession of the flat on which you have invested your heard earned money!
