Increasing the price in 15 days

Once the buyer has shown his interest in buying the flat, they are called to the builder office and it is then that they come to know about the size and when the sample is seen in the office, buyers are told that they will get the flat in 15 days. However, it is just the price that is increased after 15 days.

Builder does not hand over corpus fund

There are many cases where the builder has to had to have the corpus fund handled and take care of many of the types of common facilities that need to be ensured to the apartment owners association. As a result of this, the apartment owners are not able to generate income from common areas and facilities.

It is horrible how they cheat you during the time of possession! They make unfair demands at the time of possession, which were not mentioned in the original agreement. You have only the option of fighting a legal battle or suffering the injustice!

Builders are not interested in common man

It has been quite a common concern that many of the real estate flats are not been sold to common man since many of the builders have been courting NRI investors in UK and US. This leads to many of the properties and flats been sold to non residentials.
