I had a horrible experience with these guys, Especially Bharathi Real Estate and Sriven Farm Lands

Dont belive these guys, I have paid money to purchase half acre land from Sriven Farm lands( Gudur Jaipal reddy)

just because of one of my friend as he had purchased land, I have extended the money( 6 Lacks)  to Gudur Jaipal reddy as he was one of the directors in Sriven Farm Lands as per my friends assurance.

that to only for exchange of only receipts from Sriven Farm lands.

There was no registration being done, he was simply killing time as he had to give that money to his partners .

He has used that money for some other purpose, almost he killed 4 months time without registration .

We had to call him and chase him all the time " Gudur Jaipal Reddy " he Tells you lot of  stories .

Finally we had to register the land from his different venture( venture of Bharathi real estate) which we had not seen at all .

Please beware of thse guys when we visited side on our own, I found what he has registered on our name was Baren land . He has promised that he will plant 60 Tress in each farm plot of 500 SQRD .

But I did not find anything in the ground . It better to not invest as you will loose money if you try to invest with this kind of folks

He is 100% unworthy please don't believe him and get cheated
