This is small builder having only 2 schemes till date. This builder make you sign notary document at time of possession that contains things because of which you won't be able to take legal action for any lapse. He even does not provide xerox of it.


So before booking ask for xerox of possession document. They promise many things but retract on it. Also some of thing like Solar water not given.


Scheme planning is not at all good. No parking for 1 Bhk flats.
