You can Ask wether it's a final approval layout plan or its applied for final approval because a little/more variations inOpen plot sizes can be occurred in applied layout plan some times the Open Plots square yards may decreases/increases in final approval layout. Hi, my name is Manjula. I am a Software Engineer from Hitech City-HYD. I had very good and great experience with BBG group. I had a scheduled site visit to Shadnagar where they have taken me and my family from home to site. They have explained what are the current and upcoming developments in and around Shadnagar.

offered us food and snacks showed the model house if we want to build our own home there .We proceeded to view the plot. They were very patient enough to show the plots as I have nearly viewed more than 10 plots and finalized 1.

Made the initial payment and a very happy customer now. Finally after puchasing the plot after registration I am going to get 3 gms gold, 10k worth gifts(microwave oven and induction stove) and 200 less per yard). I have purchased in Kohinoor gold 2 phase2 site from BBG.

I recommend Balaji who works for BBG. Hope to buy some more in the future.

I've been an NRI investor with BBG for a few years, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The initial purchase process was a nightmare, with numerous delays and complications in getting my plot registered.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. It's impossible to speak to a representative directly, as calls are constantly routed incorrectly. Relying solely on agents is risky, as you may lose your point of contact if they resign.

Even when I reached out to a leadership member for help with reselling my plot in Sadashivpet, I received no response.

I strongly advise NRI investors to avoid BBG. The difficulties in getting a return on investment, combined with the poor customer service, make it a frustrating and unreliable experience.

I booked a plot in Vian Valley Phase 2 and made the full payment over a year ago. The registration has still not been completed, and the management has been unresponsive, offering only excuses. I do not recommend purchasing any plots with BBG.

This company is fake, posting job vacancies in social media and job portals, while calling to that contact number they are telling that one particular day and date and asking to bring friends and family members also, when went to that company on that date, they will told us HR is final decision maker and he is on leave and telling that he will come after one week, meanwhile they are telling that need to sit in one meeting hall, after meeting finally I got to know that to show croud and heavy people, they are posting fake job opportunities, only to show the people for that types of people for publicity purpose, after few days while calling to that company person(aravind) still telling that HR is on leave and still salaries not credited, I dont know which company HR will take leave more that one month without paying salaries to staff, so while going to this types of company, friends please cross check and take care.

I have bought a plot at Burgula.. Shadnagar from BBG for 150 sq yards. It was sold stating RRR , Multiple companies etc with high cost. It has been 5 years and the rates there are drastically reduced. They promised the maintenance but the venture has not been maintained at all.. it has become a small jungle and very difficult to identify your plot. I contacted the agent few times complaining regarding the same but no response and they avoid your contact once the land is sold.

We bought one plot at vizag 10 years old grandure-2 still not at all developed 0.1% but they ready to sell more plots. first take written legal doc for when and how its plot going to developed just blindly sell it. this very big cheat but BBG real estate company.
