Total fruad builder. Please be aware not to buy any flat in any project. Leakage problem and very poor quality. Cracks in the wall. Not post support. You will feel cheated. Call me for the real feedback. MR PANDE WILL KEEP ON LIEING THAT WE WILL DO THE NEEDFUL TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM BUT WILL NEVER DO. PLEASE ONLY BUY IF you want to loose your hard earned money
