Arihant Builders, Mumbai

Arihant Builder are very big Fraud and Cheater Delay in giving Possession.

I have booked flat in Arihant Anshula before Covid-19 lockdown in Feb-2020 and registration done in two months back Oct -2020 but still builder not giving possession even after clearing all things and completion of registration and claiming unnecessary delay charges of 5, 50000/- as flat/building still not completed to hide their fault they are asking these unnecessary delay charges

I would recommend not to waste your hard earned money behind these type of fraud builders those who can not keep their promises.

Arihant Representative showing their attitude while talking to customers. As if they not interested to sell there flats.

I got call for, inform everything to other executive but she did not feel sorry or anything rather told his collegues is hold big amount package per month that is why does not feel anything.

Arihant builder not following rera rulse. Not passing input tax credit to buyer.

I have booked a flat in anaika3 in nov 2019. Now GST rates are 1% for affordable but they said they are continuing with 8%GST. That to without passing me any input tax credit and the invoice letter which they given me showing 12% GST.

At the time of booking i compare the price of the other projects builder project Arihant price was 5lakhs more for the same flat in other builder but i have choosen Rihant just because i thought they wont cheet. BUT I WAS WRONG THEY ALSO CHEAT LIKE OTHER BUILDER. NO TRUST ANYMORE.

Please do not plan to go with Arihant Builders they will not provide you anything that is promised. and the worst is that they will make you runn you to give the keys. when payments are done. Worst of all; They do not have any ways to speak to customers. NO respect to women and think they are one of the biggest of all.

All above the Law. No projects completed on time, no amenities provided, Money taken before hand and the say get out of our offices. People have no option to trust them. Worst Customer services & more worse they way they treat their people.

They are famous for delayed projects, black money, underworld, and they trouble you to give the possession keys. First they say all the payments are cleared, later when you go to collect keys they will charge you unnecessary penalties for delay of payment from the bank in case of they not showing the papers to the bank , where there is absolutely no fault of the consumer. They don't want to discuss also about anything, they just say pay this lumsum amount as penalty otherwise forget your keys. It is very sad in a country like India where there are no rules and boundaries for this real estate market and builders , it's the common man who suffers and can't even afford to charge them with a case which will go on for ever in India paying heavy lawyers fees with no conclusion for years.

That's why we need people like Anna hazare to control this corruption but the roots are so strong that no one can do anything but just think of leaving this country and the system and going away to settle in a foreign country today.
