Arihant builder not following rera rulse. Not passing input tax credit to buyer.


I have booked a flat in anaika3 in nov 2019. Now GST rates are 1% for affordable but they said they are continuing with 8%GST. That to without passing me any input tax credit and the invoice letter which they given me showing 12% GST.


At the time of booking i compare the price of the other projects builder project Arihant price was 5lakhs more for the same flat in other builder but i have choosen Rihant just because i thought they wont cheet. BUT I WAS WRONG THEY ALSO CHEAT LIKE OTHER BUILDER. NO TRUST ANYMORE.
