Rustomjee Constructions

I am living in this building for last 3 years plus. There is a water leakage in my car parking and slippery for kids to get in to car for last 2.5 years plus and they couldnt fix it . The worst part is that they play a foot ball between project vs operation team in fixing this issue and even today it is not yet fixed.

In Rustomjee Urbania project at Thane, ‘D & L wing was launched. During booking, your sales team was showing various amenities, proposed amenities. These amenities are mentioned in the sale agreement. You are morally and contractually bound to provide the amenities to us. 570 customers have believed in the “RUSTOMJEE” brand name, booked the flats, paid the money. When we have started moving in from December 2023 onwards, we were shocked to see that we did not have access to the amenities. We have made multiple attempts of discussing with your team, giving police complaints, visiting police stations, meeting Registrar of Cooperative Housing society, pursuing legal actions, attending Courts, etc. Still, we are at the mercy of “E to K Society” in getting access to the common amenities.

It is clear that D & L residents have booked the flats, paid money to RUSTOMJEE . So, it is responsibility of RUSTOMJEE to arrange for a permanent solution to our crisis.

For you, it may be just few customer’s problems . For 570 D & L families, it is their Life time savings and not getting the amenities in spite of paying.

One of the worst builders and customer care that you will interact with. Am waiting for a possesion which was about to be delivered in December 2023 Rustomjee Summit in Borivali East. Mails go unanswered the representative Vidya / Vineet entire amount is paid with no possession they only say entire building has OC but not for your flat and ask to take as fit out. my advise stay away from this builder. Only ways out is legal battle for me

I have purchased 2 flats at Rustomjee Avenue D1 Virar of which we were given possession in July 2020. Thereafter we expected a good service from them. But due to their worst construction quality several issues came up in the building of A, B, C, D wing and hence we are still repenting for the wrong decision to buy going by their known good image. I am utterly surprised to experience their worst construction quality. They might say they have completed and handed over the building during Covid period to the members in time. But why to rush handing over before doing the quality check by themselves? I would advise not to go by their name. This is the era of 21st century in which we must first use the items sold by whomsoever it could be and then judge. I shall neither recommend nor shall ever go for Rustomjee in my life at all.

Rustomjee Developers made a big deal about their project being among the greatest in the real estate sector, but it falls far short of their expectations. My realization that there are numerous problems with the management and the builder came after moving into this housing complex. In comparison to the amenities and services provided in this complex, the maintenance fees are relatively high.

I had high hopes for Rustomjee Developers but little did I know that purchasing a home here would turn out to be the biggest mistake of my life! If you own a large vehicle, you won't be able to park it very comfortably in the parking area provided for each home because it is very small. They have terrible management, and as soon as they receive the token payment, they will stop responding to your calls and concerns. The best place to book your new house is not at Rustomjee Developers, so stay away.

Before choosing Rustomjee Developers to purchase your home, give it some thought. Since moving into the home I bought here, I've had the most disappointing experience! Large families and young children should certainly avoid this apartment complex. The housing complex needs significant repairs because it is not well-maintained. The entire facility lacks cameras, and even the security personnel appear careless and perform their duties improperly.

A great place to invest in your next home is with Rustomjee Developers. One of the best projects in the city, this builder is known for his great projects and built-in quality. I love the house that I have purchased here as it provides me with a great sense of security and happiness. The area surrounding the building is quite nice and maintained very well. The housing complex has good amenities as the builder always takes care of residents' requirements and needs. Overall, a great development for this project and be least assured about the comfort and luxury that comes with it.

I recently made a mistake by choosing a property in this development with Rustomjee Developers. The carpet area that they had stated while booking the space is noticeably smaller. The management is currently ignoring me and all of my complaints. The staff believes that I am to blame for the plumbing problems at my home. I regret buying a house here, that was the incorrect choice!

I wanted to buy a nice and luxurious home for my parents and I blindly trusted Rustomjee by the way they market themselves! In the beginning, they promised many things related to the housing complex and it was all a big lie. The house that we have purchased is not at all luxurious. My parents are very disappointed as it is not comfortable for them at all! a very terrible experience and I would never recommend anyone to get a house with Rustomjee Developers.

At first I was a bit skeptical of buying a house here but when I personally visited this project site, I was satisfied and really happy. The infrastructure of this project is really great and comes with some of the best amenities for adults and children. The surroundings are maintained very well with cleanliness prioritized. Everything about this project is good and the house that I have purchased is also very spacious and luxurious with some advanced home features.

The biggest scam I have been a victim of is purchasing a home with Rustomjee Constructions. I was under the impression that moving into this project would be a fresh new start to my housing experience but it was completely the opposite. I have been facing numerous troubles each day with my home and things within the complex. The water and plumbing work in my apartment is a mess. There are days when the entire complex has to face water shortages. The infrastructure is not great and within a year, the paint of the building has started to wear off. Don't even think of buying a home with Rustomjee Constructions.

Rustomjee Constructions are running a scam in the name of selling luxurious homes. They promise their housing projects to be state of the art but I have had a terrible experience with them. The complex that I am living in is not at all up to the mark. The basic amenities that should be there are missing and the entire staff at the complex is rude and do not care for anything. I have been very disappointed ever since I purchased a home in this project.

This builder are cheaters. what they promise, they don't provide to customer. When you ask for refund they will talk rudely if even you have genuine reason. quality delivery is just hell. Do not be trapped in talk. Beware! Avoid buying properties from them.

Please don't buy & invest by mere believing in their amenities, d entire project is built up on sewage & from any angle you will just see the sewage as view.They asked you to book by talking on fancy maps & amenities dey are providing but you are going to spend your life in your flat with smell around & gutter view from window.The sales person who make u believe in project are on temporary jobs, anytime they will leave & others dont bother.They wont allow you at under construction sites, wont show you actual lobby flats & view .They will show you the premium apartments & makes you to believe & invest & at the end, what you get is entirely surprise .And answer you booked it, cant do anything.We have been cheated very badly, so just making you understand.Would be happy if I can save one genuine customer.Thanks

We have got to know that the land on which this property is built is slum rehabilitation land and we are very upset about this because we are scared that we may have problems in the future.

Their customer service department has no knowledge about how real estate works. I asked them to help arrange to show me the approvals and licenses and they were so clueless! It is ridiculous how ignorant they are.

During the time of possession, they kept demanding irrational things and we had to agree to them because if we did not then the possession would get delayed even further.
