In Rustomjee Urbania project at Thane, ‘D & L wing was launched. During booking, your sales team was showing various amenities, proposed amenities. These amenities are mentioned in the sale agreement. You are morally and contractually bound to provide the amenities to us. 570 customers have believed in the “RUSTOMJEE” brand name, booked the flats, paid the money. When we have started moving in from December 2023 onwards, we were shocked to see that we did not have access to the amenities. We have made multiple attempts of discussing with your team, giving police complaints, visiting police stations, meeting Registrar of Cooperative Housing society, pursuing legal actions, attending Courts, etc. Still, we are at the mercy of “E to K Society” in getting access to the common amenities.
It is clear that D & L residents have booked the flats, paid money to RUSTOMJEE . So, it is responsibility of RUSTOMJEE to arrange for a permanent solution to our crisis.
For you, it may be just few customer’s problems . For 570 D & L families, it is their Life time savings and not getting the amenities in spite of paying.
