When I decided to buy a flat in Medavakkam area, I have done indepth analysis of all major builders in medavakkam by visting their already constructed houses personally and zeored in for Anu Builders as their construction are way ahead of other competitors in this area. Fom the day one, my analysis did not go in vain, as right from the Anu builders owner to their supporting staff, site supervisor, they all provided a wonderful experience for me in term of service.

Quality wise - they used best of materials and it has been 2 years since I purchased my flat, but still if you need any help, they are ready to offer immediately. I am double positive about recommending it to my friends and already done that too.In shot they are customer's delight.
