The owner of the apartments face tremendous problems as the builders do not abide by or fulfill the contract terms as promised by the owners since the inception of deal with regards to delayed possession of the flats.

Unfair demands at the time of possession.

When we were supossed to get possession, they presented us with so many unfair demans and said that we will have to forfeit our 10 % advance if we do not agree with their terms and conditions.
No licenses and approvals.
