Never buy any flat from aliens. They will just rob your money. They will never construct the project. They just drag the project and keep asking for extra money for handing over the flat. Please be cautious. Please read the reviews in google and there are more than 200+ cases against aliens and an FIR is file against them in R.C. Puram police station. Stay away form this builder.

I have filed a case in Telangana state consumer forum on Jan-2016. It is still going on. If Aliens Group wants to help me then please ask your lawyer not to postpone the case and asking for next dates .

Instead accept your crime and agree for paying compensation in court.

Every body else, please stay away from this builder. Other wise you will have to suffer the same fate I have been suffering for the past 5 years.

I am here with the positive experience with the Aliens Group. I came to Hyderabad from Delhi for the job purpose. I was new in Hyderabad and had nothing to live. I explore many flats and apartments in Hyderabad. I was totally exhausted, suddenly my colleague refers me to the Aliens Group, I went to them. They have shown me flat in Aliens Space Station. I like the place because my office is near to it, transport is available 24 hours. Medical facility, Shopping malls.

Hi guys, Recently I have visited Aliens space station, Tellapur.They had a huge area which are under construction since long time.I have seen the construction style.It was good.They will say popular figures, who has taken recently like celebrities etc.They will show you maniratnam Flat also.They will try to attract you guys.At last if you try to buy they will not give you on time.Leave about the time, they will not complete the construction itself.If you have doubts please type in youtube you will get fraud cases registered on Tellapur PS.My suggestion is before going to buy any flat/plot do research.Nowadays we have many soirces available on interenet to get any thing.One of the best source is MouthShut.Genuine Reviews.

My visited Aliens Space Station recently and I can see the development that is going on there. I like the concept and their vision. The sales team is really friendly.

Liked the vision, With recent funding by Govt a fund, expecting no more hiccups. Liked the concept of Sky Gardens.

A good place for ROI, and homes are close to nature, glass wall interconnectivity, entire s-shape satisfies all three genrations kids, parents and us

And loved the place. The salesperson was open about the delays and everything. This is the 2nd time I came here. I can see the development happening and will be booking a flat pretty soon.

Delayed due to Covid. But finally I got my flat. Construction and Exterior is really awesome. First I thought its not good as like delayed. But now everything perfect. Glass walls, Interconnected corridors, Independent house style apartments, and many more. Basically all you dream off in a gated community at a price much lower than market. Highly recommended

I get good interest in my investment. First I don't believe on sell. But now I realize it after got a good profit. Regardless of all negative reviews, Aliens space station has come up with great investment opportunities for Hyderabad's public concept of Artificial Intelligence enabled homes, the concept of sky gardens and not to forget the private corridor.
