We have paid 2 lakhs as an advance before lockdown, later no one responded, and also their office closed, they said it's their own building, but it's not their own building, fraud people..

I have taken loan and paying interest every month..

We buy a site/land 30-40 in nelmangla site of AK Max, they done with all registration and we paid all money and also paid for katha 20k advance now they were not ready for giving original katha of our site now it's already 2years gone. The staff always lie to us the manager is not there in office. If they were loyal plz do contact or replay to this review

We buy a site/land 30-40 in nelmangla site of AK Max, they done with all registration and we paid all money and also paid for katha 20k advance now they were not ready for giving original katha of our site now it's already 2years gone.... The staff always lie to us the manager is not there in office... If they were loyal plz do contact or replay to this review

I have booked a plot with these guys by paying around two lakhs but the plot was never registered in my name and when I asked to return the money, they were not ready to pay. Its been around 4 years now. I lost my money. The owner Babu will sit inside his office and watch you the CCTV and ask his staff to lie that he is not in office. He will never meet you. These are real thugs, please stay away from them

Guys be aware of this company. Don't get carried away with the advertisement, free visit and complimentary drinks/food. Nothing comes free in this world. These guys will create such a impression that all the sites are sold out and left with few. And compelling you to pay the advance. That's it the moment you PAY the advance either you have to buy no matter what legality the property or if you refrain from buying than you will lose 20% of the advance. Had to call them no of times to get the missing doc. Still they couldn't and got only oral confirmation nothing else. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ADVANCE TILL ALL THE DOCUMENT ARE RECEIVED

Hi.

Please refrain from ak maxx and it's staff.We were taken on a site visit and had informed them priorly about dropping us back to our residence. The staff agreed and refused to drop us. The manager Naveen and site advisor Nagaraj refused to listen to two patients request as we suffer from tail bone issues and cannot travel for a longer time. Naveen was okie to let us travel on our own in the middle of a state highway. Pls be cautious

PLS BE AWARE this company is same like TGS, Dreamsinfra and gruhaKalyan. The process is same and there would be one dummy owner and the company is not registered in mca(Govt website).

I had very bad experience while purchasing site. I am totally not satisfied with their service and also their way of doing business. I ask people to ve very very carefull while doing transactions with them. Its a nightmare when u face the issues. I prrsonally feel very dissatisfied for transacting with them.

When we asked a flat registershion then emideat they arrenge to registershion on flats tottaly a best company in bangalore
