Inhuman behavior towards Customers

Hi.

Please refrain from ak maxx and it's staff.We were taken on a site visit and had informed them priorly about dropping us back to our residence. The staff agreed and refused to drop us. The manager Naveen and site advisor Nagaraj refused to listen to two patients request as we suffer from tail bone issues and cannot travel for a longer time. Naveen was okie to let us travel on our own in the middle of a state highway. Pls be cautious
