These guys will create such a impression that all the sites are sold out and left with few. And compelling you to pay the advance. That's it the moment you PAY the advance either you have to buy no matter what legality the property or if you refrain from buying than you will lose 20% of the advance. Had to call them no of times to get the missing doc. Still they couldn't and got only oral confirmation nothing else. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ADVANCE TILL ALL THE DOCUMENT ARE RECEIVED
