There have been many instances where the government has not been taking any measure to restrict the count of immigrants travelling from different cities for job opportunities. This ahs led to many people especially from the slums to remain stuck in the conditions of poverty.

There are many projects in pipeline that are not yet finished by the builder and there are also cases where the builder's plans are not clear and hence the message with the type of the plan, whether commercial/residential is not clear and hence it is difficult for the buyer to make a choice.

The MMOPL has also not followed the requirement of maintaining a distance of 6 meters from the station buildings and other constructions which is generally prescribed by the law. There also have been constructions that are just situated at a distance of 1.5 meters away from the station and that is not safe.

Many builders since the past few months have been reducing the size of the flat instead of having to reduce the price of the flat. This is highly unacceptable and this strategy used by the builders to make and develop a budget flat is not acceptable.
