Aarav Construction, Pune

This is the worst builder I've ever seen. As I bought a flat in Aarav ambience and got possession on 2014. But till now the water and drainage system has not been rectified by the builder neither he has visited the site a single day during this period. We have been issued a letter from the official of gram panchayat Wagholi regarding the drainage issue but did not get any response from the builder. Neither did he provide any water connection for the building. Moreover till now no society has been formed through he has already charged each member for the same. So be careful before being cheated by this builder AARAV CONSTRUCTION in Pune

Though I select Aarav florista but read this review as Aarav ambience.

I am residence of Aarav Ambience ubalenagar. Here no anydrainage connection n no water connection is provided by the builder.

At the time of booking builder told there is water supply n drainage connection.from two years drainage is flowing on road.Now local people's have done complaint to wagholi gram panchayat.panchayat is giving notice day by day. Also there is no any provision for drinking water.only dirty water is poured by the tankers.

Hence plz see thoroughly drainage connection n water supply then plan to buy flat at Aarav construction.
