I had been dealing with NCC since last 1 year and so far everything is

looking good and as per schedule. I also looked at their Green Woods

and Green Ridge project. They are quite impressive and even got some

good feedback from the residents living out there.

I would bet on them for safe-tension free deals.

about is called NCC Maple Heights on the outer ring road between KR

Puram and Marathalli. It falls under Mahadevapura.

They are planning to come up with second phase too. Phase one comprises of 155 appartments with 14 floors and 4 appts on each floor. There are three blocks(A, B, C) starting with 2BHK, 2BHK+ study and 3 BHK, ofcourse they have penthouses too.

They are reliable because they are into construction field since last 15-20 years.
