Please do read the review before focusing the projects on Kanishka builder-Raj Kumar!

We have recently bought a apartment from one of his project located in Medavakkam-Veerabadhra Nagar. The project named as "Kanishka Viviana". This entire project doesn't even met up with CMDA plan which was initially proposed and showcased to us. At during sales deed, construction plan and elevation sketch has provided and made us false belief that project will end up with this proposed sketch. But during handover we have observed that project doesn't even met up the approved CMDA plan. For instance, in proposed plan it has been mentioned that 5 feet been allotted around apartment for spacious lookup but at during handover apartment been constructed only with 1 feet and even below that feet. Another instance, initially they had allotted a car park with space of 5 M long and 2 1/2 M wide, but after few years they asked us to move out from that park and forced us to take another car park which been been given to another house owner. Though we requested they doesn't take in account of that. We taken another park, but after a year from that he again forcing to move our car to another park which he again providing our park to another house owner. At this time he been reduced the park from original above area to 4 M long and 1.75 M

W. Just imagine about this action and his cruel behaviour. We dont even have space for bike park and walkway for our home due to this reduced car park. Believe us, if still u have queries reach us on Medavakkam Kanishka Vivana project and have a over look on this project. Before investing in his project, please do make decision twice and dont waste your fruitful money on their project!
