Hi, My brother booked a flat in Alliance orchid springs in pearl block - unit no 506  three months back. We booked here because my brother was working in working in one of the software company in Anna Nagar.  And I went to Chennai for job search and I stayed in my brother flat,  that time when I see the flat it was quite amazing. I can able to enjoy the scenic view of the lake from the balcony of the flat. The falt has large rooms, good interiors and amenities. It is a gated community apartment and it is really safe and there are no water problems. Then, this project has all the amenities with luxury, security and lifestyle.  And it has good accessibility to all places and even next time when I am coming to Chennai I will stay in my brother's flat only and even I am planning to book a flat here in the future! My brother told me that the customer service was even good and the project is implemented in such a nice way and I would really recommend this!
