I would request the propective buyers & already booked to go to TVS Emerald Lighthouse in the same radial road. 3 years since handover, lot of heartburns to buyers. Quality, the hallmark of TVS is not seen in civil works. Already seeping walls, peeling paint works & more. Also be mindful as to how they spend the corpus & maintenance fund. Never let them nominate & register the maiden office bearers of association without informing all buyers. And very important, whatever promises they make at the time of booking, flat specific alterations, record

them & get a mail confirmation. And never go for their interior vendor, it was a costly disaster here. If you have pets, get their mail confirmation at the time of booking itself. Finally, go thru sale, construction deed & maintenance deed thoroughly. Best of luck.
