"Raunak Centrum has been a complete disaster! The project is plagued by delays, with constant excuses and zero accountability from the builder. Post-sale customer service is a nightmare—unresponsive and unhelpful. The construction quality is abysmal, and there have been multiple issues, including a landslide due to poor planning, which raises serious safety concerns. The possession date keeps getting pushed, and to make matters worse, the value of the investment has depreciated compared to nearby projects. Absolutely regret investing in this poorly managed and unsafe development. Stay away!"
