We occupied GP pearl iris flat during 2020. During summer we had no issue and even we gave 5 star in the website of the quality. During rainy, we get dampness everywhere. We approached gp homes and it took them 1yr to check what is the issue. whenever there is rain, we get rain droplets in wardrobe. Our wooden furniture is getting damaged. Then we noticed all the flats in gp pearl iris have same issue. No one turned up still to resolve the issue. Never get flats from them. Till 2017 their projects was good. After that they started putting low quality products and changed the contracts.
