False Commitment and False Promises.


Fraud Sales People.


Once they collect your money they won't recognize you.


They Promise a lot of Things but didn'tinclude anything in the Agreement and manipulate and pressurize customer into signing the agreement on their terms. Lot ofhidden Clauses is there in the agreement.

There are many cases where the buyer is very reluctant to bear Registration charges like stamp duty, service tax in cases where it is slightly increased. It is in such cases that the buyer then looks out to scorch more offers from other sellers.

Make sure that you take a receipt of every little thing that you pay because the builder may deny that you paid him anything later.

They did not take our opinion before making any changes in the plans which is terrible because we had to pay the extra money and we were not happy with the results as well.

There is no space to park my car here and some days I do not even get space outside my house, which is ridiculous as so much of my time goes in finding the perfect spot.
