Review on Marutham Prestige, West Tambaram, Chennai

We bought our second flat from Marutham Builders, Chennai during 2014. We have already bought our first flat from a renowned builders during 2006. We will not recommend Marutham , Chennai for people to buy a flat. No value for money. Generally, construction quality is very poor and particularly we have very bad experience of leaking rest rooms etc. After sale service is very poor and you will be a stranger to them once you purchased the property from them.
