Except for security and water to some extent all other services are below average . The common pathway/parking area are ugly looking and prone to water logging. It is a big Misquito hub. Over and above 2 types of maintenance charges and lot of hidden charged are levid like entry fee and NOC exit fee in thousands over and above high maintenance charges extra charges are collected for gym, swimming pool etc thus by lootings residents .Dont blindly buy and later repent.Better go for other apartments in surrounding area of Padur
