I am surprised to see many positive reviews about jain housing oflate but I doubt about their authenticity. Please do not go by this reviews.Go to any one of their projects and you will find what worth they are. Go to jains antarikhss in kodambakkam or jains green acres in pallavaram and you will come to know about them.

Please buy only after talking to owners.I am their customer but did not have any good experience.Also please go through old reviews in the same thread in mouth shut and you will come to know about them.This is not against jains but do your homework properly.

After waiting for more than two years, still no update from Jain housing. I have booked the apartment because of Jain’s reputation. Now that is gone. No update, no e-mails, No return of phone calls. I have paid most of the money. When I called last time they claimed 95% of the work is done. When my brother in law went and visited the apartment, just the walls are complete.

Then they promised that the apartment will be ready by August 15th. Nothing happened. After that I called, and no response. I am not staying in Chennai. They send the meeting invitation of all home owners after the meeting is over. I send e-mails and no response. Then I called the office again and the person told me that she doesn’t have any further updates.

Jains is still advertising this apartment for sale. I don’t know what promises are they giving to attract innocent customers. How can anybody trust this company again.

Jains Green Acres, Pallavaram - a source of mental agony for all folks who booked here.Absolutely no communication on payment schedule or status of completion of flat, but they still slap a huge fine for delayed charges. Customer service is totally unreliable. No return calls. Will not make basic updations to your personal file like change of address/phone etc unless you make 3 or 4 calls.

b. Account books are a mess. I've had my payments credited to another customers account, and been slapped a deficit payment(!). Zero transparency in payments made to Govt, and in the account statements.

c. Lack of operational discipline - they wont give you realistic dates... just make you run around in circles. Will tell you the house will be ready in a week. Then, if you so happen to be in the vicinity and pay a visit, you'll realize it is barely in skeletal state i.e. we were told the house would be ready in a month 6 months back!

No way to give less than 1 star.

About 600 families book flat in Jains Green Acres an apartment project from premier construction group - Jains Housing. The handover these flats was supposed to be done in October 2006. Now it is going to be a year. Jain Housing is not ready to commit handover date and are not ready to pay compensation as per the agreement. They repeatedly promise a delivery date and never bother to keep the promise.

The CEO of Jain Mr Vijai recently promised in front of 300 prospective owners to finish the construction on 15th August. Today it is 16 August and as usual they havn't kept their word. Sometime back Jain's sent letters stating flat is ready for inspection.

When the owners went for inspection they came to know that not even 50 % is done. They have collected 90% of money from all the owners and are in no hurry to finish the project. Jains have many projects in Chennai. So prospective customers think twice before going for a Jains project.

We merely want to express our thoughts on Jain dwelling. We want to buy a new property in Chennai. It is our long-term goal. Because of Jains, we was able to complete our aim. We're looking for good designers in Chennai to help us find a place to live. We conducted additional research and analysis. Our needs and money were best met by Jain Housing. We visited several development firms and inquired about their project, cost, location, facilities, and so on. Overall, we was happy with Jain's service provider.

My brother bought the apartment from Jain Housing 6 months ago. After conducting extensive research, he decided to work with Jain Housing to purchase a condominium. He obtained a lease on their Jains Adwitiya venture, which is located in Ambattur. There was a significant brief conversation with them before to purchasing the apartment. They are clearly specified in terms of way, charge, locations, and benefits. After that, he most definitely bought it. He used to be quite pleased with their service

Here I would like to share my own thoughts about Jain housing. First of all they have good people and good communication. Staffs approch very politely and understanding with customers queries.

In several projects that explore new paradigms in design and pay increasing need to environment concern. But finally I told about Jain housing is riding a growth curve there's no doubt about it

Really they are wonder flat developers in Chennai. Right from when we're children, each and every one of us dream about the house we want to live in. Make sure to size the opportunity and make your childhood dream come true.

Jain Housing is one of the top-rated builders in Chennai. I have noticed so many buildings and also how they are works, which is really good and impressive. I have'nt seen this kind of services. Their main motto is customer satisfaction. They are fully committed with their promises. They have very good customer care support. Whatever your doubts, they will clarify it at any point of time. Basically, they are true to their customers. Jain Housing is one of the top builders in India. They provided valuable services compared to other builders. That’s what they are very successful in their industry.
