Review of Jain Pebble Brook Phase 2

I purchased a flat in Jain Pebble Brook Phase 2, and my experience has been quite mixed.

Positives:

The project has good open space and ventilation, which makes for a comfortable living environment.

Location-wise, it's not the best, but still manageable.

Negatives:

Extremely poor construction quality – The flat I received looks more like a renovated house rather than a new one.

Many pending works are still incomplete, even after continuous follow-ups with the builder.

False commitments from the sales team – Promises made during the purchase are not honored.

Serious quality issues – Within just a month of moving in, my bathroom commode fell off the wall! Even after more than 10 -20 follow-ups, the builder didn’t respond, and I had to get it fixed at my own additional cost.

Service Lift Issue(Block 21) – As per the agreement, the lift should have been from a branded company like Johnson or equivalent, but the builder has installed a substandard service lift. Again, despite multiple follow-ups, no one from the builder's side is willing to respond.

Overall, while the open space and ventilation are good, the builder’s poor quality work, false commitments, and complete lack of responsibility make this a frustrating experience. I strongly advise prospective buyers to be cautious before investing here.
