I regret investing in Hrudhya Gandhinagar by NCON Infra. If you're considering buying here, think twice! This project was supposed to be completed by September 2024, yet here we are in April 2025, and it's nowhere near finished.

? Project Delays & False Promises

Construction has dragged on for 5 years for just 2 towers(108 units) – a small project that should’ve been done long ago!

The builder already got one extension(Feb 2024) but STILL failed to complete it. Now, they’ve applied for another.

45% of units are still unsold – that alone should tell you something about this project's reputation.

? Builder’s Track Record is Unreliable

NCON Infra’s previous project ‘Hrudhyam’ was abandoned after starting. Now, this one is facing huge delays.

They sell dreams but deliver disappointments. The actual flat quality is far from the premium 3D models shown at booking.

? Unfair Agreement & Legal Issues

The agreement has questionable clauses that seem to favor the builder, not the buyers.

I have already filed a RERA complaint and am awaiting a hearing.

? Think Before You Regret!

This project is a financial and emotional nightmare. If you're considering booking here, be extremely cautious! Demand written guarantees, check the legal status, and don’t fall for marketing gimmicks.

I urge the builder to take responsibility and resolve these issues. Otherwise, buyers will continue to expose the reality of this project.
