Refund for Cancellation

Review on Godrej Elements, Hinjewadi, Pune

I have booked flat in Godrej Central Park, Mamurdi on March 17th, 2019 by paying Rs. 1, 77, 786/- as token amount. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder.

Due to personal reasons, when I contacted Godrej to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from Godrej and entire amount (1.77lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.

Godrej is a brand name, it is very disappointing that they are keeping the money of middle class people.

Despite of sending multiple emails no-one is responding back and neither the sales representative is answering the calls.

Please assist to get refund of booking amount.
