My biggest mistake in my life to book my first dream home with such fraud Builder...

1. No exit gate delivered as per Plan

02.No space for guest parking as mentioned in Rera

03.To get maximum FSI for GK Aria building, they have shifted wall of GK Mirai in the name of safety

04.No parking allotment letter from builder...they have not mentioned any dimensions of parking neither on Aggreement not on Sales deed...

As per Rera, min offered parking space should be 120sqft...GK offers only 96 Sqft. To hide this info, he simply denied parking allotment letter

1. Prior to Possesion, there flats with Mivan technology leaks like hell. Cheap quality cement is used

06.structural strength is also comprised.

07.Bathroom.tiles.falls due to bad quality of cement

1. There engineering team is so arrogant that they will argue if you ask them to fill white cement in tiles at time of pre inspection.

He has good lawyer team which files defamation case against you if you post negative comments on there google reviews.

He has team of Sales who will make you fool in the name of GK legacy

He has team of goons(Gundas) who will call you to put your rera complaint back.

He has great support of Local MLA...who will help him to fck your life and force you to take down your rera complaint.

My salary is 1 lacs per month, I paid 50k EMI per month, daily I worked for 9 hours...guys i have to work 4.5 hours daily for builder to paid for such faulty house what I bought from such fraudsters builder

It's my humble request to think 1000 times before investing your hard earned money

No Parking allotment letter provided by builder/ No guest parking provided..when asked at time of possession...threaten you for defamation case...he has goons in place...he uses money & political power to sue you at any level..

He has great connection in PCMC so without completion of building he get OC from PCMC

Builder has strong connection with Politicians so you can not do anything.

Better to book flat with local builder

He has shifted wall of Mirai Phase 1 to get 16 floor fsi sanctioning for his other project of GK Aria..pure litigation

My humble request to you guys...do not invest your hard earned money in such fraud peoples

I have taken the flat in GK Aryavat Ravet in the Nov 2022, After 3-4 months we were facing the many issues,

1. There is no well water,

2. There is no boring water.

3. In one years solar got faulty. no solar water in the society.

Although during commercials discussion they confirmed that you will get all above well, bor and solar water,

but nothing is happening. now I am feeling to sell the flat but if we are going to sell that then purchaser also will think on the above.

If we talk about the builders, quality is very good inters of Management, Quality work is his key towards Success.

GK Associates— arrogant builders and pathetic service

Gk associates is arrogant builder. owner is very Egoistic man. He is not only arrogant but very cheap person. Cheating clients.

Quality of construction is very bad.

Just he having power and money, he thinks himself a very big man on this earth.

Never go for gk builder, gk associate or gk developers. We can't trust on this road side cheap builder.

Just show off every where to cheat customers. and making money.

Now he started school in name of GK GURUKUL in pimple saudagar- AGAIN NEW WAY OF EARNING MONEY WITH CHEATING INNOCENTS PARENTS AND PLAYING THE LIFE OF CHILDREN. JUST SHOW OFF TO PARENTS OF GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE BUT HEARD THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IS VERY BAD AND FEES IS VERY HIGH.

Staff is very rude especially when they receive the whole amount. I really repent purchasing flat from this builder. Their service has really pissed me off and I don't know whom to contact in such cases. Thanks to mouthshut for giving us platform to write about our experiences so that the future buyer will take necessary precautions .

I have purchased fat in Oct2016, with rate 3800/sqft. Constructikn is good and area also good.

As promised builder has given all the amenities the problem here that he has unnecessary construct the condomian on the roof of the building which is extra burden for the flat owner, rain water harwesting is also not working and due to this we tried to do tubewell and all 30 tube well failed.

Builder has charged 40k for 2 years maintainance however the quality of the material is given it some where not good like as majn door, bathroom material we paid the maintainance amount in adavace however we need to do always followup for thr maintance boy, which is also overburden for the flat owner
