I plan to buy a flat and when enquired heard a lot of issues with this property. Particularly maintenance team is arrogant with bad attitude. Heard they even stop the water supply and stop the electricity. How the maintenance person can touch the electricity. Not planning to buy flat here. Also even when the flat is closed for long time they request for the maintenance fees which is not fair in my view.
