I paid an advance to book an apartment. But due to personal reasons I immediately cancelled within 4 days and requested for refund. The peoplewho kept callingmeoften till i paid the money were not to be seen at all once i cancelled. They vanished. Never picked the call. No respone for messages. No response for emails. Meeting the managers at their office is one hell of a thing. Its been more than 90 days. No refund was done. Very disgusting people, unprofessional, disloyal. Never ever shud buy property in casagrand. They ll make us runlike a dog from pillar to post.

I cancelled a flat in Casagrand first city they promised to refund booking amount in 45 days , it has been more than 100 days no proper response from the team. They give fake promise every week that they will pass cheque on Monday However they don’t stick to their commitments. Totally disappointed with Casagrand team.. I will never recommend Casagrand to anyone.. lucky that I cancelled else I could have had big loss booking flats with people who don’t stick to commitments

Plz don't get cheated by their bigAds.They're very organized but only in cheating the customer nicely. My apartment is not delivered yet & below are the issues that I've faced so far,


1) Salesman will promise a delivery date(Say Dec 21) but in agreement you'll see later delivery date(Dec 22). When you enquire, you'll get a standard reply that delivery date is for all phases & can't be changed. You'll not be able to question them even if they delay 1 year whereas you'll get penalised even for 1 month delay.


2) They'll say Milestone based payment but will not give any tentative date for any milestones.If they provide, it can be easily noticed that they'll collect majority of amount upfront(60% in 3 months & 90% in a year) & for last 5 to 10% they'll take 6 month to 1 year or even more. If they provide tentative dates for each milestone then you can easily understand


3) They'll try to loot everybit of additional money from Customer.Eg., They will not provide loft for storage as part of construction and say it'll not be possible to do so but provide the same as Modification service for heavy price(+ 20% GST on top of it).


4)There is no option to customize. They'll not adjust the price for not using their materials(tiles, windows etc., ) & lot of restrictions+ charges in using alternate options. So, you'll be at loss in the end.


5) Government has reduced TDS from 1% to 0.75% during COVID. They've calculated the initial amount when it was 1% but now even after reducing to 0.75%, they'll not provide or offset the difference.


In the end, they'll suck up your blood in every possible way.Sales team will speak nicely & you'll get very good response till you sign the agreement. The moment you signed the agreement, you'll have to experience the different treatment and get to see their real face. They'll keep saying same stuff for everything & you'll have to accept as there is no other option.


Even if they have all the details, they'll not provide till you sign agreement or pay 75%. They'll say lies of different colors for everything. More importantly, don't agree to anything unless it's provided in writing. You simply can't trust these guys no matter how nice they speak/present.


My suggestion would be to skip them & choose good builder who practise fair business with good ethics.

It’s been almost 4 months. Talked to nearly 5 executives of Casa Grande First City to try and get my Advance back. But in vain. No response from anyone. Really surprising of how they grew so Big as a Corporate when they are not able to respond to their customers woes.


Keep trying is my motto. Terribly pathetic company.

Folks- be careful while making a booking by paying advance. Don't lose your hard earned money. I made a booking on Nov 18 2020 and cancelled on Nov 19 after reading the reviews about the builder. It turned out to be true that there is a huge delay in refund of booking advance. None of their executives are responding. I haven't got my money back.


So, please be careful not to get excited looking at their model flats and booking instantaneously. Think twice before you pay.

I have booked Flats from Casagrand mogappair. There was a sales person Thiyagarajan who was fired out since he was committing very less price for NRIs to get the sales count. Later he asked me to wait until Ambattur launch. He disappeared and we didn’t receive any calls. Later, MANOJ was the sales person who was doing the same job. Committed less price and I waited for years. When the launch started, he disappeared. Being NRI, I can only do calls but he never responded to any of texts, emails, calls. Such an irresponsible person. He was active only when were discussing about the rates. Please beware of him and don’t book anything through him.

I met Mr. Arul , Assistant manager - Sales (+91 950002xxxx, xxxx@casagrand.co.in) in Casagrand castle site and was looking for a property in 2019. He was informing about the upcoming property cashew and shared the plan with us and told us that the bookings for this will be opening only in April 2020, but we are taking a lakh fully refundable advance as this will give you privilege to book the house you need one week prior before we open the book for general public. Also he assured via email that this will be refunded within 30 days if you plan to cancel the booking. We didn't receive any calls till mid of April. By third week of April Mr. Arul called and informed that we can visit the site that weekend and choose the house. Me and my husband told that we are struck in coimbatore and couldn't able to make it by the weekend because of lockdown. Mr. Arul told that that's completely fine and because of covid the bookings are also not as usual and we can come anytime later as well. In the month of June 2020 we got an epass and got back to Chennai due to my mother in law's health issues. Which also resulted in spending a lot of money month on month from our hands. With this situation me and my husband decided that a housing loan will be an additional burden and planned to cancel the booking.


We again wrote a mail to Mr. Arul as he requested and waiting for the refund till date. We are disheartened with the escape behaviour of Mr. Arul and Casagrand team. The interest and customer service they provided to recruit a customer, if they use 10% of it to make sure that they help the customers at difficult time Casagrand wouldnt be having such a bad name in retention. I will make sure that I will get my money back legally, this review is only for making public aware how bad you will be treated when you are not continuing your association with a brand.

Casa Grand very poor customer service. My friend booked on 2019 jan 95% paid .Hand over date said June 2020....finally now said due corona post phone 6 months asked to handover on dec19 2020. Yet not completed inside of building....I guess it would be. Complete on June 2021...That too very doubt. Management simply said we completed work to come to live.....Very very poor doing all proud. Hi, I booked an apartment with First City, only based on the promise that I can cancel it with full refund if I had second thoughts. I did have second thoughts and cancelled it - From the minute I cancelled the booking I am unable to even establish contact with any of the Casagrand employees which is worrisome as my money is now stuck with them.


It has been more than a month - and now my only course of action is to visit their head office and make a scene as I am unable to establish contact with any of their employees.

I have booked an apartment in ECR14 and canceled it.when I claim for a booking refund didn't get a response from casagrand management. They said money will be refunded in 45days but it's more than 55days now still i didn't get the money back or call back. The CRM told me a few weeks ago that handover ia tentatively in december 2020. On 28th November 2020, I received an email after reminders for an update from the same CRM that each block has different handover dates and all the dates are tentative even though it shows 2021!! In her email she states the project will have temporary EB connection in Jan 2021. Tentative handover with all amenities is June 2021...so I am really not sure when this great builder who keeps putting full page advertisements in leading newspapers mostly every weekend will really handover our apartment...whether it is tentatively december 2020, tentatively February 2021 or tentatively June 2021!!

I purchased a flat in 2020 in Zenith Phase 2 and since I stay abroad and it was covid time I couldnt send the POA in time as expected and they had put the delay charges on agreement stage for 55K and I fought a lot during that time and finally got a approval that delay charges are waived off and adjusted at the time of handover.


Finally after 4 years received a email for final payment and to my surprise the delay charges were put as 81K in the final demand and I contacted the CRM with the approval emails that delay charges are waived off.


I thought it will take a week time for them to remove it since I have already received approval mail but to my surprise they are saying that they need to get another from another team to waive off and it has been 1 month as of today and it has not been resolved and we are paying interest and emi which will again come to that same amount as delay charges(so their tactics is to delay so the customer will end up loosing that 81k in a month or two)


I dont understand how can they do these kind of things and I definitely dont recommend casagrand to anyone as I myself has bought another apartment recently from another builder who doesnt do all these stuffs

Even after a year they dillydally things and always send more people for inspection but never care for customer satisfaction. This is out first dream home in Casagrand.


This is regarding the registration process for my Flat.


I have paid all my dues(95%) of the total amount before May 2020.


I have been keeping on insisting to the CRM team that my wife is undergoing pregnancy and The delivery is expected to be on September end. The doctors advised her not to travel during the sep month.


I used to keep on calling the CRM team, since June month asking for registration seeking to prioritize this matter.


They didn't give a date for registration, instead they asked me a date for registration. I gave the date as 28/08/2020.


I called CRM team on 12/08/2020, 19/08/2020 and 26/08/2020 to check whether we got any appointment to do registration.


They said the slot confirmation would be known only two days before the mentioned date(28/08/2020). Also she said the date(28/08/2020) will be mostly confirmed.


Later, yesterday 26/08/2020, I called her regarding the slot confirmation, she said till 9th all dates are booked like that.


Why does the Casagrand CRM team do this to me. I can't do any registration process after the 1st week of september. I need to look after my wife. This will get delayed.


I kept calling them, putting email. Insisting them to help me. They push me into a corner. Now I wonder why I chose to buy this apartment.


I called CRM manager, later their manager is saying registration process is not yet started. While some of them registration it! How this is possible. Full of lies. Started paying EMI as well as rent. It stressing us a lot. Since the begaining till now they are not true to their words. I should give rating as 0 since its very worst. With me few of friends booked the falts in Smart home hearing my words. I never suggest casagrand in my life to anyone.


I tried to reach all superiors. but I cant reach them. CRM manager doesn't even know what site we are talking about. Nowhere to write my grievances.


Casagrand make us to spend huge amount money and they dont care about customers. They care about only about money.


Its like a trap once you fell for them then its over. You cant even cancel it once you are in.


This is a mistake from my end for booking this flat in casagrand.

Looks like Casagrand managed to fake reviews in Mouthshut... most positive ones r paid or by their employees. Casagrand missed their deadline by a 9 month margin now..... they promised handover by end of October 2019.... but the actual move in time is most likely to be by end of April 2021 as per recent update... compentation provided CASAGRAND is fooling us by handovering keys by April to make us feel like they handed over as updated in RERA but actual situation is there is no power connection available which, will be given only by end of Aug 2020. wasted time and money investing here. Other builders around OMR like NEST builders, appasamy, bashyam, Adroit who launched along with Casagrand Supremus project have already handedover appartments from September 2019. Looks like there is severe shortage in work force and very poor planning of CASAGRAND ruined all my plans. Advertisements are rocking anyway....
