We visited the site and liked the model house and I booked immediately.
They have told yes to all question including modification and allotment about car parking etc.
But there were lot of delay.
During pandemic they told us to release the amount by saying they make all the employees are staying inside the construction but when we ask what's delay they said pandemic.
And you will get the registration documents only when your on the way for registration they will not send prior a days too. Because for there safe side the date they mention of finishing construction were delay .
And when you ask them about the documents they will say its already printed and ready can't change.
No promises has fulfilled.
After fighting when you see the house with uneven tiles and lot of crack and you mention in noc. They will say all will be done in week and when you visit back nothing is done.
So we signed NOC and stared interior and we move to dream home is what we thought but after coming here seepage issues, quality problem( wall will broke for touching them, uneven bathroom tiles)
finally car parking. When you pay for covered parking but they will give slit car parking.
They will not even try and understand you problem .
My parking is worst the marking are in the pillar and no space if you don't park carefully then you have to spend money on car repaint.
I have made worst decision in buying at Casagrand. They still haven't provided EB. All are running in DG my oven and fridge got repaired once when they are restarting. Thank god I had AMC if not I should spend a lot for them .
Please think more when your investing in Casagrand.
I will not suggest in investing in Casagrand.
