I heard they mentally harassing owner. they always meet owner in drunken stage and use abusive language while talking specially famale. they dont have any manner. I am soon shifting in bony dreams. hearing this is shocking. I heard that they have not provided any facility who shifted over there and cutting power connection to put pressure on owner to sign illegal document and extra money. no security in bony dreams. no lighting in common area( temporary lighting), no power backup for common area. no lighting outside building, no boundary wall, not a single facility in bony dreams what builder promised. there RERA deadline is oct 22 still 60% project is not completed. I am waiting for the deadline after that I will put complain in RERA about this b l OODY builder. how owner will shift there if builder is cutting electricity and water supply to fulfil his illegal demand. New Buyer beware of this builder. never invest in any of his project.
