Swaraj Residency Moshi

Review on Bhandari Swaraj, Moshi, Pune

I am resident of one of project by Bhandari Associate i.e. Swaraj Residency. You can see on website it's mentioned amenities and few other things. So let me explain few points about this project.

1. Road:- Society is around 700 meter from main road. And this 700 meter road is totally muddy. We connected with PCMC and got to know out of 700 meter road few land is owned by local person and due to this PCMC can't construct road. So this is long term issue for Swaraj Residency.Swaraj Capital . Don't know how long it will go.last 4-5 years issue continues.

   
   




2. Water:- Water is big issue in this society.In summer rarely getting 1 hours water out of 24 hours.

   
   




3. Swimming pool:- out of my 2 years.I have seen just 20-25 days when swimming pool having water.

   
   




4. Gym:- Maintenance is very poor.

   
   




5. Open parking:- Open parking area is very less and difficult to park car. It's sufficient for bike parking not car parking.

   
   

And here builder sold his flat and now not responsible for any thing. So think twice before investing your hard earned money.
