I strongly advise against getting involved with Avant Hillway and the Avant Group. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The project timelines are a joke, with dates being pushed back repeatedly. To make matters worse, I discovered that the builder lacks the necessary Completion Certificate (CC) to finish the 23rd floor. This is a glaring sign of their incompetence and mismanagement.

But it gets worse. They have taken cash payments from me without providing any receipts, and now they are denying ever receiving the money. This is not just unprofessional; it’s borderline fraudulent. Shivkumari, in particular, has been untrustworthy and evasive throughout the entire process.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Avant Hillway and the Avant Group. They are not to be trusted. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by choosing a more reputable builder.
