When I saw the advertisement it was actually good and impressive. But when I went for the visit to see the site and I had a discussion with there sales executive. I realize this is not worthy.

And the Location as well not good. Location is very far away than the station and the highway.

As per their plan they are offering all required things in the township, as their sales executive said Hospital, Shopping mall, School and playground as well will be there. But I think what's important is home and the size of the area what they are offering. Not worthy.
