I have booked flat at VTP HiLife Wakad in June 08. They communicated wrong earliest agreement date and asked me to pay Stamp Duty+Reg amount around 4 Lac which I already paid, now demanding10% of Agreement value+ GST around 6 lac, from other sources I came to know that Agreement might be done in December 2018 and they are asking money from many customers so they can eat Interest on it till the agreement is not done. this is really disgusting and having feeling of cheating and unprofessional behavior from Team VTP. its very hard to trust on their commitment, At the time of booking committed possession date for phase 1 said December 2020, Now they are saying June 2021.
