The higher officials of VGN treats female candidates in the most reputed manner and they respect every women's intentions. The official communications they perform with female employees is also very gentle and friendly. In case any mishaps occur, then VGN takes immediate measures over it.

Guys, My humble request anyone want to buy home from vgn, directly go and visit them . I am sharing my experience here, when I see bad reviews I dropped my plan. But once seeing their newspaper ad I had make a call and visited them. Amazing guys really. Support is best part in vgn. Marketing guy is with us almost till registration. Not only vgn, any builder dont just blindly believe negative comments.

Recently bought a Flat in Ambattur.I am very happy on choosing VGN for my residence. They have built each and every project on keeping client's needs on focus. All amenities in the project are really amazing. The location they choose is also very good. Many schools, colleges, and entertainment areas are nearby our residential and this is very helpful for us. Children play room and Gymnasium is an added advantage.

I am very much happy to coordinate with VGN Developers.I booked a new flat with VGN a couple of months back.The apartment design and infrastructure is awesome.VGN team is very supportive .They are so flexible to contact at any time.All amenities I expected for my home is available in this project. I think temple town project is the new landmark of thiruverkadu, they provides RCC framed structure with Earthquake resistant design.Also, here all the specifications are too good.I heared they have a good mix of modern amenities planned that's sure to change the landscape of thiruverkadu for good. Also what's promising is they are making rapid progress and are on time with their schedule which is quite rare for a builder these days.

I heard VGN Property Developers is one of the leading builders in Chennai. I also heard they provide good facilities in all their projects. Actually one of my colleagues booked a property at Fairmont 3bhk apartment @gundy. I saw last week this project I was really quite surprised, cause all the Constructionguru30 materials are very superior I feel.I think they are doing a good job inside the city.I would strongly recommend this to ppl who are looking for a good builder.

A few months ago I decided to buy a Flat in Chennai where I would be comfortable and secure as a single person.

I asked my friend to help me with a bit of research and he came up with the VGN Fairmont. From the moment I saw the plans for the complex I knew that this would be the perfect place for me. Having a clinic for health checks and a pharmacy for my prescription medication will be wonderful, this means my medication would always be readily available which is invaluable to me.

The automatic lifts will make mobility a breeze as well as handrails on the stairs for safety if I decided to walk up instead. I was happy to note that the balcony featured toughened glass for extra strength and security. I will also be able to plug in my TV in my bedroom, which will add to my comfort levels.

Having all the amenities like a movie theatre, restaurant and department stores mean that I wouldn’t have to worry about driving around alone at night which has become a problem for me of late. The multi-level security system in the design and I will be safe here. I hope to pick up my keys early next year and start on my new adventure in this prestigious complex.

We were lucky enough to buy off plan in the first phase of this development and we believe this will be a dream come true for us.

There is so much to offer the discerning buyer here. It is truly a lifestyle that we are purchasing, not just a home.

The flat looks really stunning with a nice layout, quality fixtures and easily maintained walls and floors which will make my life much easier overall. Walking into the 5 star entrance lobby will be sure way to impress my friend when they come to visit as it looks like pure class on the development diagrams. The convenience of the department stores on site as well as the Spa and the restaurant will really make things very easy for me and cause envy among my friends.

I have told them that with the prices being so reasonable, they could also afford to live a queen, like I will be doing. This place really is something special and I am very excited about finally moving in to my luxury flat. With all the extra time I will have and the money saved on travel, I will be able to afford to have my hair done once a week and may be a regular spa treatment.

When looking online for real estate near or in Chennai area I came across the VGN Fairmont. This complex is right in the heart of of Chennai in Guindy and is close to all modes of transport.

As an executive that needs to travel a lot on business, being close to the airport was a selling point to me, and finding out it was only 8 km away was fantastic.

I was also pleased to note that the metro rail station was only a few hundred metres walk away from the complex, which makes travel very convenient. The beautifully granited common areas and the vitrified tiles in all the rooms in the flat, with anti-skid in the bathroom and balcony areas make for a neat and tidy floor area all around. I was very impressed with all the fixtures and fittings in the flat and was delighted to hear that it had an earthquake resistant design. I managed to purchase a flat in the 3rd phase which was subsequently sold out. I believe there may still be a few left in the 4th phase. I have made sure to tell my friends and family that are looking in the same general area. I can’t wait to move in.
