I recently visited this project through a property portal common floor. I liked the project especially the flat which I selected near to sea.


I had a budget of 60 to 70 lakhs the flat was 2+study and I am not a investor its a hard earned money . I did  the survey for this area and finally I have selected 2 projects and alpine fiesta was one of this project. I kept in mind this points first the builder has to be Credai member.


Secondly I like big community and finally it has to come in my budget. Finally I have finalized in this project and so I am going for loan only.
