We booked a property in VGN property, and after that we went for loan through them and my husband had cibil disputes unwantedtly and then we reached a new bank and cleared the loan by the time it got delayed in the purchase in the new land they are now asking for delay purchase charges and charging a day interest for delay charges and also they are charging 18%gst for that delay charges too

I'm surprised 😯 when we go to buy a property in putting all our efforts and hardwork for years and the chennam crm head mrs Preethi is threatening us to pay the delay payments like daywise interest which is really fraudulent as if we have got some money from them and paying the interest.

The lady CRM head of chennai Mrs Preethi was very rude to us and threatening to pay us huge amount in lakhs as delay payment charges apart from land cost , plz beware people the lady was so rude definitely she has to be removed from the system from VGN
