In the recent times where may people have been ready to invest in markets, it is the private equity players that have been more restrictive with regards to their free flow of money and many active financial channels through them have dried up.

It is seen that many of the flats that are already under the ready possession are charged extra by also charging service charges in addition to VAT service charges. Nevertheless it will never suffice to say that the builder has also been charging extra charges for the base area as compared to what should be the case.

We expected that we would have a lot of green spaces and open areas because that is what they told us, but we were highly diasppointed when we found out that we did not get any green spaces, and since that is what we paid for, it has been quite terrible.

The maintenance fee at this place is super high and we do not understand why because there are no special amenities and facilities available here.

It has been constantly seen that many of the real estate projects take a considerably long time for their final completion. There are no proper regulatory terms and conditions that are been keenly taken into account so as to properly have a compliance rule in place to ensure regulations of rules during the entire execution.

They keep telling us that they will show us the society registration documents and the conveyance documents, but they delay it all the time, so we have lost trust in them and are never going to work with them again.
