These guys promise big and never deliver. Project drags for years. No customer support. No one will even pick up the phone once you have paid the booking fee. They give ultimatums and nightmares to their buyers. Continuous denials. Fake deadlines.

Back and forth on design commitment. Nothing guaranteed.

Dear Sir,
I Purchased a property in tvh svaya the handover year is dec 2011, they have taken 85% of the payment after that i came to know they have not completed even 50%, after 6 month they told that we will give some other flat which is complet...ed with same UDS, . I want to know i can deduct the total 15% of the pending payment. Till now i didnt got the flat in my hand.I am fighting to get the flat with full 15% deduction. Kindly let me know sir. Read More
