Review On True Value Homes, Chennai

Hello all, I am one of the investors of TVH SVAYA project, I booked the flat in June 2010, They promised me the handover by Jan 2011 and during registration in the document its mentioned as June 2011, When asked they said its the maximum duration by which they are committing. They have been sending reminder letters for payment every month with quick progress and I was also happing paying the amount as I have availed the bank loan.

After couple of payments the letters was sent in very short span of time by giving a week or less asking to pay the amount else will be charging interest rates...when checked on the reason for late delivery they said it may be courier delay and they can't take responsibility of it... You will never hear form them on the progess of flats or any other communication. The only communication you will receive is payment letters... After my serious followup they mentioned they will handover the flat by sep 2011, But till now they haven't I am continuing to fight / follwoup but of no use. They have put the project on hold for a month without any intimation to us and for their personal reasons. You will never find peace of mind for investing inTVH.

Their service or the worst you can find. Recommend the small builders are much more organized and equipped to deal with customers than these fancy giants. Later they promised delivery by june 2012 which is one year from the agreement date.. which got delayed further to August 2012. Later to October 2012 and Now to Dec 2012. They dont have any servicing team too and think  even we can do a better job if we start a construction. If you want get fooled like me you can opt TVH. I actually want to rate them ZERO but since there is no option I am giving one.

TVH - True Value Homes as the name suggests never value thier customers nor comitments given to them. They dont even value the government regulations -- even after two years of possession of my apartment, I have not yet got my property tax book or re...ceipt. TVH values only their wallet and once that is filled with your money, they will be least bothered about their customer.  Read More

Yes they dont send you email on progress. But they ll be prompt in sending payment reminders.hi ragee8081 they should acutally give a monthly penalty of rs.x per sq ft as agreed on the agreement, when they croos the grace period of 6 months or as men...tioned in agreement. I think it is around rs.7 or rs.8 per sqft. So ffor 1000sqft flat u shud get 7000rs. Everymonth. Pls check.  Read More
