Transcity developers are faking the it for decade now.Trans Pragathi layout malmachnahallii is not RERA approved you can check in RERA website .Please refund our amount with interest because you people are faking it for more than 10yrs now.

I've purchased site in TransPragathi malmachnahallii, they said its going to be developed within 5yrs but still it's difficult to find Pragathi layout address no board is displayed and not even a road is connected to layout. No bus facilities also hoskote jangama kote circle is last stop and after that it is remote place.. Thinking of why did I invested?

After reaching there the site numbers have been removed and they have growing plants over there.

When I contactedthe site engineer manjunathand office front office they said It's taking time to develop after 10yrs.

I've invested without in transcity project without any good service or any profit it's waste of time and when asked for reselling the site they are not confident to purchase it back or provide client for the same.

If they are not confident of their own projects how we have to trust and invest in remote place without any profit.

Nobody is there to take action or developand not even anybody is Ready to invest or reinvest in project.

All the good Remarks are fake and given by their own staff not one genuine customer has given good review. I say this becauseI've contacted the other site purchased owner who is not at all satisfiedwith transcityservice.

How many projects are RERA approved or it comes under Akrama Sakrama??????

We paid them 2.15L in 2014 for a 30x40 site for a project called Trans Prakruthi

Until a year ago they were responding to calls, now no one answers. We are frustrated waiting.

Recently they have started hiring PR firms to make fake posts to improve their online image.

I request you to fall into their scam.

Yesterday, I visited Trarnscity developers office to know the full information regarding Trans Gardenia and quite surprised to see that this project have lots many luxurious amenities that the project boasts are Exclusive Overhead Tank And Bore Wells For Water Supply, Underground Box type Drainage System, Sewerage Connections, Electricity With Streetlights And Avenue Lights, Tree Lined Avenues etc. And I must say I am really impressed with all these facilities.

Well, their is no dought that Transcity Developers is one of the best land developers of Bangalore. Also their all residential project are good for investment. Their projects are good for investment & you can buy plot at very reasonable rates from them.

Many of my family members are always invest in any property suggested by them only as you get in affordable price and at nice location.

But my personal experience is with Transcity Orchid as I currently live here with my familyand enjoying my family, all the facilities and amenities are fulfilled by builder which were offer during purchasing.

Well, as a local resident a Bangalore I must say my city is having so many good residential projects where many families are residing happily and Trans Magnolia is on them. I didn't know why there is so much negative information for Transcity Developers.

But their residential project Trans Magnolia is really a good society people living their are happy with their investment & their no negative information about this project. I personally invested there and having plot in that project.
